Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Office Operations Coordinator at Greenleaf Trust. This role will involve coordinating the efforts and workflow of the Client Centric Teams, providing comprehensive, proactive service to external clients and co-workers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role will include creating positive relationships with external clients, handling confidential and non-routine information, and coordinating internal and external meetings. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the prospect-to-client lifecycle process, maintaining client documentation, and ensuring completion of policy requirements.
Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year
