Metzen Agency is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for learning our sales system, scheduling appointments, and meeting with clients virtually. You will develop and foster relationships with clients to ensure policies are placed and they are protected.
The successful Insurance Broker will be able to:
- Learn and implement our sales process and system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed targets, including monthly and quarterly individual goals.
- Track progress and results, including activity and key metrics.
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a 100% commission-only position with unlimited earnings potential. Employees can also take advantage of benefit offerings through Symmetry Financial Group. The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Our company culture promotes fun and making a positive impact on our clients and employees.
