Client Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our team. As a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in sales enablement, account management, and pain point identification will be crucial in positioning our products as the solution for clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the Material Handling industry and its key players. You will also need to be able to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities, and communicate your findings effectively to stakeholders.

- Proactive Relationship Builder: 7+ years of experience in a customer relationship management role.
- Industry Expert: Experience and deep understanding of the Material Handling industry.
- Expert Communicator: Ability to customize your message and approach based on audience and engage with all levels through your customers organization.
- Supportive Mentor: Experience supporting and investing in team members who are earlier on in their careers.

- Creative Problem Solver: Ability to white-board an issue and identify the best possible solution moving forward.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Location: This role can be based anywhere in the world, with flexible remote work options available.
