Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in assessing and evaluating Federal agency digital content, systems, and software applications for adherence to Section 508 compliance standards.
  • At least 3 years of experience in documenting findings, recommending solutions, and executing corrective actions to assist Federal agencies in achieving Section 508 compliance for their digital assets.
  • Possession of a current Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Trusted Tester V5 Certification is required.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Section 508 compliance services and support, focusing on the assessment and evaluation of USDA OIG Information and Communication Technology (ICT) products and public-facing digital content.
  • Document findings, recommend actionable solutions, and implement necessary corrections.
  • Ensure that all public-facing OIG ICT products and services meet Section 508 standards, promoting accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
