Job Summary:
In support of SIGINT Operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Collection Systems Access Manager to identify appropriate collection access points, collection methods, and/or plans necessary to exploit target networks and satisfy specific collection requirements. This role involves taking an active role in developing, planning, and coordinating the deployment of collection systems, validating, coordinating, and recommending issuance, adjustments, and termination of collection systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with collection architecture developers, signals analysts, network analysts, computer scientists, external agencies, and industry to acquire, maintain, and maximize access to global communications and collection capabilities. Additionally, this role requires possessing and maintaining an awareness of collection, processing, and forwarding systems and architecture and overseeing collection system deployment through these processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement collection plans to support SIGINT Operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and acquire collection systems
  • Validate and coordinate collection system deployment and maintenance
  • Recommend issuance, adjustments, and termination of collection systems
  • Maintain awareness of collection, processing, and forwarding systems and architecture

Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience directly supporting SIGINT Operations
  • Relevant experience in signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection, analysis, or management
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting
  • Current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
