Job Title: Compliance Analyst

At Fusion Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for auditing a suite of 36 modules for accessibility compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit modules for accessibility compliance
  • Document concerns as stories in JIRA
  • Attend design sessions as the accessibility advocate
  • Provide expertise in the planning, constructing, and execution of test scripts
  • Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the team's overall test objectives
  • Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable
  • Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date
Requirements:
  • Active TOP SECRET security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience or Associate's Degree with 3 years of experience
  • Experience with JAWS, ANDI, and WAVE
  • Experience with the WCAG success criterion
  • Experience with accessibility auditing and documenting remediation plans
  • Certified DHS Trusted Tester
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence
  • Working knowledge of the SAFe methodology
