Job Description

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the financial performance of our Distribution business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, including monthly KCNA Distribution forecasts and annual planning cycles.
  • Variance Analysis: Reconcile actual results with prior forecasts and plans, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to increase forecast accuracy.
  • Anaplan Tool Management: Collaborate with the Anaplan COE to maintain and continuously improve the Anaplan tool, ensuring effective facilitation of various FP&A cycles.
  • LEAN Practices: Advocate for LEAN business practices, driving out waste in business processes using LEAN problem-solving tools and practices.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide accurate analysis as a subject matter expert to various leaders and stakeholders across the organization, including analysis for capital projects, PEARL analyses, and lease vs. buy scenarios.
  • Financial and Operations Control Adherence: Collaborate with the Supply Chain Accounting Team to ensure the application of efficient and effective financial and operating controls.
  • Training: Provide training to Operations and Finance business partners to strengthen Distribution acumen across the business.
  • Cost Saving Transformation: Be an influential partner within the KCNA cost transformation initiative, working to identify, vet, and deliver Distribution cost savings.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Finance Manager who is passionate about finance and operations. You will have a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience in brand, manufacturing, logistics, and/or operational finance. You will also have strong business judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as experience applying LEAN principles and tools.
