About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Plexus Corp. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our customers implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and business needs, followed by articulating those into documented business requirements and demands.
  • Assist with prioritization exercises by providing cost and effort estimation/analysis.
  • Manage the priority of demands to map them appropriately into a process-focused functionality roadmap.
  • Contribute as a global team member as part of the overall application delivery process.
  • Represent customers by collaborating with all IT Teams to ensure that business requirements are understood and that solutions meet expectations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5-8 years of related experience is required.
  • CBAP certification achieved or expected within role.
  • Agile and Lean Six Sigma certifications are desirable.
