Job Description

As an HR Coordinator at Southland Industries, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's HR team in talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting new employee orientations, reviewing and processing new hire paperwork, and maintaining accurate employee records. You will also assist in preparing and maintaining statistical reports, and provide support to other HR personnel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Review and process new hire paperwork and forms for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality where required
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining statistical reports
  • Provide support to other HR personnel as needed
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of practical human resources-related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality where required
