**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the AVP of HR and the department in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Administrative Support:

Assist the AVP in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks, maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:

Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews, and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

3. Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and help manage employee benefit programs.

4. Compliance and Record-Keeping:

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

5. HR Projects and Initiatives:

Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training, and development programs.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.

**Personal Attributes:**

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
