Pulmonary Specialty Sales Executive

Position Overview:
The Pulmonary Specialty Sales Executive will oversee business operations within a designated geographical area, specifically focusing on the state of Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including Pulmonologists, Primary Care Physicians, Allergists, Respiratory Therapists, Pharmacists, and Nurses.
- Promote Grifols' alpha-one augmentation therapy, aiming to surpass financial targets within the assigned territory.
- Implement the national sales and marketing strategy while formulating a tactical business plan to optimize opportunities.
- Collaborate with home office staff, the Brand team, and National and Corporate account teams to facilitate product sales.
- Analyze sales data and develop tactical plans to drive business growth.
- Utilize Microsoft applications and Grifols' customer management system to document call data and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Manage a defined travel and expense budget while adhering to company and industry compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Preferred residence in Little Rock or nearby areas, with coverage of the entire state of Arkansas.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or a related field is required; advanced degrees such as an MBA are advantageous.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical sales, marketing, or sales management is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of the medical industry, including Specialty Pharmacy, Home Health, Managed Care, Biologics/Biotech, and Pharmaceuticals, is crucial.
- Experience in Respiratory and Primary Care is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and maintain above-average performance.
- Strong leadership skills and business management capabilities.
Work Environment:
This role involves working in an office setting with frequent travel to various locations. The position requires the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, while also managing a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
