Key Responsibilities- Manage the business within a specific geographical territory, Arkansas, and develop a deep understanding of the local market and customer needs.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and exceed financial objectives within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Pulmonologists, Primary Care Physicians, Allergists, Respiratory Therapists, Pharmacists, and Nurses.
- Provide product knowledge and training to customers, and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with the home office personnel, Brand team, and National and Corporate account teams to drive sales growth and maximize opportunity.
- Run the business by analyzing account and physician sales data, creating territory tactical plans, and providing solutions to grow the business.
- Use Microsoft applications and Grifols' customer management system to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 4 years of experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or medical sales, marketing, and/or sales management.
- Deep knowledge of the medical industry, including Specialty Pharmacy, Home Health, Managed Care, Biologics/Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and/or Hospital.
- Respiratory and Primary care experience preferred.
- A valid driver's license.
- Display consistent above-average performance and achieve an 'achieves' level for the competencies required in the position.

The work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. The job requires frequent sitting, hand movement, and walking. Occasional bending and twisting of the neck may be required. Light to moderate lifting and carrying of objects with a maximum lift of 35lbs may be necessary. Frequent driving to site locations and travel within the United States may be required. The ability to communicate complex information and ideas so others will understand, and to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences, is essential. Frequent interaction with others, relating sensitive information to diverse groups, is also required. The ability to apply abstract principles to solve complex conceptual issues is necessary. Performs a wide range of complex tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence. Plans work assignments to meet objectives.
