Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Executive's primary objective is to generate revenue from prospective industrial automation clients in southern Arkansas while expanding existing accounts through effective networking, outreach, and relationship building.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients by crafting persuasive strategies and presenting innovative solutions.
- Collaborating with senior management, business development teams, and technical staff to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilizing company-provided tools to create and execute account strategies while ensuring accurate customer data management.
- Proactively addressing customer inquiries and concerns by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and working with the team to achieve mutual objectives.
- Conducting sales calls to uncover customer needs, industry trends, and competitive actions.
- Meeting established sales activity benchmarks, including revenue targets and follow-up on opportunities.
- Formulating and executing sales plans to maximize growth potential within assigned accounts.
- Coordinating customer engagements with internal experts and leadership.
- Introducing new products and enhancing existing client relationships.
- Working closely with technical teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Creating and updating account management plans for all assigned clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to learn company-specific software
Comprehensive understanding of the industrial automation landscape, including the solutions and services offered by the company and its competitors.
