Position Overview

A Full-Time Key Holder plays a crucial role in driving business success through effective leadership and is actively engaged in delivering a unique customer experience. Key Holders are expected to be assertive, analytical, and reliable leaders within a multi-million dollar retail environment. They apply their learning to grow as business leaders and enhance store performance. The Key Holder supervises a team of associates to ensure the successful execution of operational tasks and procedures, including opening and closing routines, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
