Role Summary

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Inventory Management team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain insights into the retail industry while supporting essential business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in data entry tasks for the Inventory Management and Planning department, which includes managing store layouts, establishing inventory workflows, and generating reports to identify inefficiencies in inventory and planning.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise Planner partners to prioritize product flow while considering inventory limitations.
  • Support testing strategies, category-specific initiatives, and perform ad-hoc analyses as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. brands.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability to changing demands and receptiveness to feedback.
  • A strong sense of curiosity and a desire for exploration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment.
  • Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives.
