Position Summary
The Franchise Store Design Manager will play a pivotal role in collaborating with external partners to enhance our Franchise operations. This individual will ensure that our store designs and customer experiences are effectively represented in franchise locations. A strong emphasis on teamwork, a forward-thinking mindset, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Franchise partners regarding store design.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our existing operational processes to become a brand authority.
- Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to develop processes that align with both capital and franchise business objectives.
- Create training materials tailored for Franchise partners.
- Oversee the onboarding process for Franchise and Licensee partners.
- Collaborate with Franchise partners to create store strategies that are relevant to local markets while adhering to brand standards.
- Maintain close communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on store design initiatives.
- Coordinate efforts between internal departments and external partners to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in retail design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, and 3D modeling software.
- Familiarity with domestic and international building codes.
- Understanding of construction feasibility.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven with a strong ability to work independently and achieve results.
- A collaborative team player who engages effectively with diverse business partners.
- Open to feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and a creative problem solver with a focus on solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
