Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, complex IT projects across both technical and business functions. This role requires expertise in managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from proposal development and requirements gathering to implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop proposals and project estimates, conduct project quality reviews, and use tools to forecast, plan, estimate, and track project delivery and budget.
  • Issue and Risk Management: Perform issue and risk management activities, identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, and develop clear and concise documentation to identify processes, problems, and action plans.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the project to produce the agreed-upon solution deliverables in accordance with the applicable timeframes, facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments, and levels, and serve as a role model for teamwork.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide timely status reporting on the stability of program-oriented work efforts and on compliance with customer technical standards and PMO-aligned processes and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a role with project management and leadership across IT and business functions, managing large complex projects, and extensive knowledge and expertise in project management best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership skills, ability to engage and develop relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders, strong business process analysis and mapping skills, and experience implementing change management approaches.
  • Certifications: Project management certification (PMP) and Agile certification such as PSM (Professional Scrum Master) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) are a plus.
