Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft, revise, and integrate intricate text and visual elements into coherent, accessible documentation that aligns with project objectives.
  • Oversee individual projects, including defining deliverables and establishing timelines.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Leaders, Product Managers, Suppliers, Marketing, and other experts to ensure content relevance and applicability.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to achieve business goals.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to promote documentation standardization and development initiatives.
  • Continuously seek to enhance departmental processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Writing and Illustration, preferably within the outdoor or industrial sectors.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator, with strong layout skills using style palettes and table editing.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks for editing and modifying CAD files to create necessary illustrations for manuals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, with excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze workflows in a collaborative environment.
  • Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects with varying levels of complexity.
