Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at MRINetwork Jobs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale mechanical and plumbing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Attend project meetings with owners, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and resolve issues.
  • Work with internal mechanical designers and BIM teams to create detailed BIM models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
  • Coordinate permitting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with estimating teams to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Conduct design reviews and constructability reviews to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Review scope of work and ensure contract documents are complete and accurate.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project delays, working closely with senior management to resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with senior project managers and senior management to ensure alignment and progress.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project finance.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, with a strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems.
  • Experience working with project finances and cost control is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
