Job Summary:

CyberCoders is seeking a highly skilled In House Counsel with extensive experience in Real Estate law to provide legal counsel and support on a wide range of real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice to the business on all real estate matters, including but not limited to leasing, landlord-tenant law, and property transactions.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions and operations.
  • Manage and oversee real estate disputes and litigation, if necessary.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on complex legal matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Counsel with a focus on Real Estate law.
  • Strong transactional and negotiation skills.
  • Experience dealing with both landlord and tenant matters.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Real Estate Transactions and/or Real Estate Litigation.
