Position Overview

[solidcore] is seeking a dedicated Regional Studio Leader who is focused on nurturing the growth and development of their team while passionately promoting the [solidcore] brand and fitness regimen. This role is fundamentally about leadership, emphasizing the importance of building strong community relationships. The Regional Studio Leader will oversee various studios, ensuring performance and growth across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and managing class schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Assuming operational and financial oversight for multiple studios within a designated area.
  • Achieving revenue and sales objectives, while attracting, retaining, and nurturing top talent.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Studios to oversee daily operations and implement company-wide strategies and policies.
  • Conducting regular reporting and analysis on key performance indicators such as sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll.
  • Creating local initiatives and marketing strategies to enhance traffic and meet studio-specific targets.
  • Building relationships with local health, fitness, and wellness communities, as well as key influencers and potential corporate partners.
  • Acting as a [solidcore] studio coach, leading a minimum of 4 classes weekly.
  • Ensuring effective and timely communication with clients.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Head Coach-Community Managers.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to travel to studios for at least 75% of the week, with the remaining time being remote.
  • This is a full-time, exempt position with an expected commitment of 40 hours per week (including coaching classes).
  • Experience in multi-unit management (3-5 years preferred).
  • Background in people management within high-end fitness, retail, or hospitality (3-5 years preferred).
  • Experience in group fitness instruction, personal training, or professional athletic training (2 years preferred).
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Capability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
