Position Overview

Phillip Jeffries is in search of a Client Support Coordinator

We are actively looking for candidates for the role of Client Support Coordinator. The ideal applicant should be a self-driven and motivated individual dedicated to assisting our diverse sales representatives operating on the East Coast 8:30am - 5:30pm EST OR Central 7:30am-4:30pm CST Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a PJ Ambassador by aiding the Inside and Outside Sales teams in enhancing sales performance.
  • Assist the sales team with existing Phillip Jeffries clients through revenue management, lead tracking, and proactive sales initiatives.
  • Manage the processing of sales orders, including issuing proforma invoices, accepting and entering purchase orders, and processing payments.
  • Follow up on all outstanding orders and proforma invoices.
  • Provide the sales team with order and tracking updates.
  • Document and update all necessary account, order, and communication details in the appropriate systems.
  • Support the sales team in achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity targets.
  • Serve as a liaison between Phillip Jeffries' clients and our Claims department for claims resolution.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales, sales support, or a related field.
  • Experience in supporting field sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools is advantageous.
  • A passionate, driven, and humble individual.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • A customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
