ROLE OBJECTIVE:


We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to collaborate closely with our contract and hospitality sales teams, providing essential support to meet commercial objectives and enhance our contract and hospitality business within the North American market.

The Customer Service Specialist—BU Contract will oversee US Contract projects (hospitality/luxury/motion), managing all aspects of order fulfillment and ensuring customer satisfaction in alignment with company standards and expectations.

Key responsibilities will center on managing orders throughout the complete sales cycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Duties:


Engaging directly with sales representatives, design firms, furniture dealers, procurement offices, and purchasing agencies to foster a strong collaborative relationship.

Responsible for addressing all requests for quotes (RFQ) and requests for pricing (RFP) in partnership with management and sales representatives.

Overseeing the order process from initial customer inquiries to post-sale support. This encompasses sample and project orders, pricing, stock availability checks, and product information.

Developing a deep understanding of company products and offerings, including specialized items and the technical details relevant to commercial and hospitality applications.

This includes independent fabric treatments and third-party laboratory certification testing.
Maintaining an updated project portfolio while ensuring accurate and current project/sales reports.
Monitoring pricing proposals and project-specific commission agreements in accordance with commercial strategies and management directives.
Coordinating with accounting, production, and delivery teams to ensure ongoing oversight of active projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Preferred associate or bachelor's degree;
A minimum of five years of customer service/sales experience in the commercial textile or furniture manufacturing sector;
Familiarity with interior architecture and design processes, including relevant building codes for FF&E specifications.
Proficient in Office 365 with strong computer skills;
Aptitude for developing and maintaining effective relationships, with a strong commitment to active listening;
Highly organized and polished, capable of thriving under pressure;
Excellent communication and time management abilities;
Self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

COMPENSATION:
Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
