Job Overview

Watsco, Inc., the largest independent distributor in the HVAC/R sector, is seeking a dedicated Customer Assurance Administrator. This pivotal role is essential for enhancing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness within the Bryant Pricing Coordination team.

As a Customer Assurance Administrator, your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments such as Pricing, Sales, Technical Support, and Warranty to manage and update pricing data, maintain product information, and support extensive sales initiatives. Success in this position requires a detail-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Pricing department to establish shipping destinations.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage and revise Job Sheets.
  • Maintain and update the Bryant price book, ensuring precision when new models are launched or outdated models are retired.
  • Enhance the OnCallAir platform by integrating the latest Bryant model numbers.
  • Provide monthly updates to the Bryant Resources Rebate page.
  • Oversee Product Information Management (PIM) and coordinate new product setups with the PIM team.
  • Ensure all product details are accurate and current.
  • Assist the Technical Support and Warranty Department in promptly locating completed SCA forms.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of technical and warranty-related issues.
  • Follow up on projects exceeding $50K in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and Inside Sales Department.
  • Utilize the PriceFx application to bolster pricing and sales strategies.
  • Work in an office environment with occasional travel to customer sites or industry events.
  • Standard working hours with some flexibility required to meet project deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with PriceFx and PIM systems is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
