Job Overview

The Schochet Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Property Manager and other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answering phones and greeting visitors in a professional manner, taking messages and directing calls as needed.
  2. Managing work orders, gathering information from residents, and expediting repair work.
  3. Keeping staff informed of resident issues and concerns.
  4. Coordinating mailings, such as annual waitlist updates and vendor insurance certificates.
  5. Providing administrative support with typing, filing, supply ordering, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior office experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
