Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Fiduciary Governance Specialist to join our team at First Citizens Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on compliance efforts, identifying risks, and maintaining a strong knowledge of Bank operations and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze data to identify discrepancies and risks
* Research and investigate unusual activity or flagged documentation
* Compiles all relevant business information prior to compliance reviews
* Assists with regulatory exams, audits, and other related projects
* Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies that affect the assigned business area

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Compliance or Anti-Money Laundering, Banking
* High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Compliance or Anti-Money Laundering, Banking
