VP of Public and Labor Growth

We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as VP of Public and Labor Growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the public and labor market.
You'll lead a team of sales professionals to develop and execute a sales strategy that achieves pipeline and bookings targets. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience in public and labor healthcare sales or consulting
- A proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams to meet/exceed quota attainment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
