Senior Litigation Support Manager

Zoza Consulting is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Manager to oversee the day-to-day workflow of the Practice Support Team, legal assistants, and legal secretaries. This role will involve making day-to-day staffing decisions, managing workload and performance, and overseeing key initiatives such as Time Entry and Billing, Matter Management, Client Work Product Quality Control, and Firm Strategic Initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, higher preferred or related work experience, and 7-10 years of experience in the legal field in a litigation-related role. They will also have a solid understanding of people management and litigation processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Practice Support Team, legal assistants, and legal secretaries
  • Make day-to-day staffing decisions
  • Manage workload and performance
  • Oversee key initiatives such as Time Entry and Billing, Matter Management, Client Work Product Quality Control, and Firm Strategic Initiatives

Requirements:
