Job Description

Hacienda CDC is seeking a dedicated After-School Program Coordinator to join our Expresiones Team. This role will focus on empowering youth and families through community organizing, educational, and supportive services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in community organizing, social services, education, or similar fields. They will be responsible for recruiting youth into programming, conducting after-school and summer programming, coordinating meetings and workshops, managing relationships with community stakeholders, and more.

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,880 - $50,960 per year, paid hourly, and a generous benefits package. Our team is committed to quality outcomes and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and engage youth in after-school and summer programming
  • Develop and implement program plans and activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops
  • Manage program data and evaluation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in community organizing, social services, education, or similar fields
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
