Clinical Services Director

Join Avera as a Director of Clinical Services and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our clinical services. As a member of our leadership team, you will oversee the implementation and execution of our clinical programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement the clinical services strategy
- Provide direct supervision to clinical department leaders, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed
- Develop and maintain clinical procedures and records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance measures are in place, monitoring and reporting on outcomes
- Develop and implement in-service training and staff development programs to meet the needs of our employees and clients
- Manage a small caseload, providing individual, group, family, and psychotherapy services as needed
- Comply with all reporting mandates, including duty to warn, child protection, and vulnerable adult situations
- Master's degree in a behavior science field from an accredited university/college
- Minnesota licensure in one of the following: LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LGSW, LISW, or CNSMH
- Four years of experience supervising staff in the delivery of mental health services
- Proven excellent supervisory, verbal, written, organization, and interpersonal skills
May be exposed to communicable diseases when working in a healthcare environment
