Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure high quality care and effectiveness
  • Participate in staff development and training to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to advocate for the needs of our clients
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional in the state of South Dakota
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use disorders
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for serving underserved populations and promoting mental health awareness
