Position Details:

  • FTE: 0.6
  • Shift: 9 PM - 6:30 AM
  • Schedule: 24 hours per week, rotating every other weekend

Role Overview

The Patient Services Representative (PSR) position at MultiCare provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to our Laboratory Services. In this role, you will be responsible for patient registration, order entry, phlebotomy, and specimen processing. Additional duties may include specimen collection, report sorting and distribution, and supply management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Current Medical Assistant-Certified or eligible
  • Completion of phlebotomy training preferred
  • Previous experience in phlebotomy preferred
  • Prior public interaction experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits Overview

MultiCare provides a competitive benefits package, including a solid salary, medical and dental insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Salaries begin at $31.80 USD per hour and are determined by factors such as experience, skills, and certifications. Union positions follow established pay scales based on experience.
