Innova Solutions is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative

Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing moderate to complex client inquiries and concerns. Your role will involve:

  • Managing and resolving external client issues effectively.
  • Collaborating with various organizational teams to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Conducting meetings with teams to ensure that client problems are being addressed and resolved promptly.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior client processing roles, including overseeing and verifying the work of team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Call Center or Financial Services environment is highly desirable.
  • Hybrid work model - 2-3 days in the office.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $23/hr. - $25/hr. on W2.
