Project Overview

The Abacus Service Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Project Manager to lead the implementation of an enterprise-wide project management system. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a project management plan that aligns with the company's strategic objectives
  • Lead a team of project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage project resources and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain a governance structure to oversee project progress and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on enterprise-wide systems
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain a governance structure
  • Intermediate-level skills in MS Office Suite and MS Project
