Job Summary:

The Senior Enterprise Applications Analyst will be a key member of the Information Services team, championing and implementing business transformation across the Enterprise Application landscape. This role requires delivering superior application support and developing low-code solutions to integrate applications, improve workflows, and modernize existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional application support and maintenance for SaaS Enterprise Systems
Coordinating and consulting with business partners, vendors, and our Managed Service Provider to ensure timely and effective delivery of implementation projects
Defining, managing, and rolling out role-based access controls and identity management procedures
Testing and completing implementation of patches and upgrades
Managing ongoing support for current and future applications and systems
Partnering with department team members to cross-train and provide backup support as needed
Creating low-code solutions with Workado and Power Platform
Partnering with business owners to design, implement, and maintain low-code solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex IT systems and recommend effective solutions
Minimal five (5) years of experience supporting one or more of: SalesForce, HRIS systems, or ERPs
Minimal five (5) years of experience gathering requirements, analyzing data, and implementing successful business solutions
Experience with developing solutions in either a low-code or professional/traditional code environment, preferred
Previous experience developing and administering role-based access controls
One (1) year of experience developing solutions in a low-code environment, preferred
Working knowledge of one or more of the following: Epicor, UKG, SalesForce, Grand Avenue, or Concur
Experience with using APIs to retrieve data from or send data to applications, preferred
Experience with working in an Agile environment, preferred
Understanding of DevOps best practices, preferred
