About the Role
As a claims adjuster apprentice, you will embark on a journey to assist clients in navigating the aftermath of incidents. This position is primarily office-based, allowing you to foster connections with clients through phone interactions. In a dynamic setting, you will acquire the skills necessary to manage a comprehensive portfolio of claims while overseeing the entire claims process. You will benefit from a supportive team environment and receive continuous guidance from experienced leaders. Comprehensive training will be provided on property damage assessments and insurance policies, empowering you to independently handle claims with confidence.

Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work model, where you will be required to work in the office for two designated days each week, while having the flexibility to choose your work location for the remaining three days. After an initial training period, your in-office schedule for essential meetings and collaborative sessions will be determined based on business needs. This hybrid approach encourages relationship-building and knowledge-sharing among colleagues, enhancing your professional growth. If you prefer a more traditional office setting, you are welcome to work on-site as often as you wish.

Key Responsibilities (Post-Training)

  • Assess coverage eligibility
  • Evaluate liability and determine fault
  • Conduct interviews with clients, claimants, and witnesses
  • Collaborate with appraisers and estimators to facilitate vehicle repairs
  • Negotiate settlements with clients and other insurance providers
Essential Qualifications
  • Three years of relevant professional experience OR
  • A bachelor's degree OR
  • Two years of relevant experience alongside an associate degree
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM during training; 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM thereafter.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Upon successful completion of training, your annual salary will range from $52,000 to $53,500, with hourly compensation during the training phase.
