Customer Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Intervala, LLC, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, managing their relationships and ensuring seamless communication between our company and their organization. Your responsibilities will include coordinating customer support activities, analyzing margins, and developing strategies to effectively service each customer while preserving the company's interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage key customer relationships and coordinate all customer support activities
Analyze margins and provide feedback to materials and operations to increase margins
Develop and maintain sales, bookings, and backlog information for assigned customers
Proactively alert customers of any issues and propose solutions where possible
Track customer complaints/returns and ensure timely and proper corrective action is taken
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
Minimum 5-10 years of progressive relevant job experience required
Significant experience in managing customer relationships
