We're seeking a talented project manager to support our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Business Unit. As a compliance expert, you'll work closely with client teams to lead cross-functional initiatives around Compliance (e.g., AML, KYC, Sanctions), Data Privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, LGPD), Legal Operations, and Process, as well as high-stakes projects.
Our team of experts manages these initiatives from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation. You'll collaborate with internal and client teams, contribute to internal communications and readiness activities, and provide regular progress updates.
The role offers a range of responsibilities, including:
- Project managing and/or supporting client delivery as part of an on-site or remote project team
- Collaborating with internal and client project team members and contributing to internal communications and readiness activities
- Providing status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
- Maintaining program sites as repositories for all project information
- Contributing to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables
- Performing subject matter research and business analysis
- Assisting in the coordination and development of client proposals
- Supporting practice, thought leadership, and people development
- Reviewing clients' processes and controls against leading practices and industry frameworks, identifying gaps in design and execution, and communicating issues and recommendations to engagement leads and client management
- Planning and executing client engagements focusing Operational Risk, Operational Resilience, Regulatory Compliance, Surveillance, Conduct Risk, Third Party Risk Assessments, and other risk programs
- Engaging in go-to-market and business development efforts, including preparing proposals for prospective clients and client presentations
- Accountable for project management and administration, including contracting and budget management
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 1+ years of recent project management experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, privacy, and/or securities-related projects
- Proven ability to apply compliance, regulatory, and legal knowledge within a project management framework
- Understanding of Legal and Compliance functional areas and previous experience in similar topics
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including agile/scrum
- Advanced certifications in project management welcome, including PMP, CAPM, and Agile
- ACAMS, CPA, CA, CMA, CIA, CFI, CFE, CRCP, CRCM, and/or other relevant certifications are a plus
The compensation package includes a salary range of $86-100K, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Additional benefits include:
