Job Description: Senior Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Specialist to join our team at Brighton Gardens of Middletown. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • BUILD Meaningful Relationships with Residents
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Deliver Individualized Care and Support
  • Participate in Development of ISP and Monthly Updates
  • Collaborate with Community Team to Ensure Compliance with OSHA Requirements and Risk Management Policies
Requirements:
  • Dedication to Serving Seniors with Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Positive Attitude and Flexibility to Perform Various Duties
  • High School Diploma/GED; May Require Certifications/Licenses (Where Applicable)
  • Ability to Make Choices, Decisions, and Act in Resident's Best Interest
