Regional Sales Director, Virginia Territory

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Amwins Connect. As a key member of our growth and revenue generating team, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and growing retail broker relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Broker Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers, identifying and evaluating their needs through education, advising, and growing their revenue with a consultative approach.
- Insurance Solutions Development: Work with brokers to develop insurance solutions that meet their clients' needs, utilizing market-based knowledge to provide tailored employee benefit solutions.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition and drive sales objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work in a team environment that includes best-in-class back-office support, collaborating with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to continuously increase prospect funnel and meet annual sales goals.
- Proven Sales Experience: Proven track record of over-achieving sales goals in group medical or ancillary insurance experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Firm grasp on ACA and local insurance markets, with expertise in developing job knowledge and expertise through continual professional development.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with dynamic and diverse customers.
- Technology and Tools: Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Outlook and Excel, with experience working with CRM systems and sales techniques.
