Overview

We're seeking an energetic and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you'll work closely with business owners, presidents, and CEOs to develop relationships and secure opportunities for our Business Analysts.

Salary: $100K-$110K realistic first year earnings with potential to earn high 6 figure commissions.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare for appointments daily, traveling locally within a 20-mile radius of your home.
  • DIRECT 2-3 SALES APPOINTMENTS DAILY WITH OWNERS OF SMALL TO MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES, MARKETING AND SECURING BUSINESS ANALYSTS A SURVEY AGREEMENT.
  • Contact Business Coordinator with feedback from appointments and share new business lead opportunities.
  • Review the day's successes and challenges with your Sales Manager, gaining sales support as appropriate.
Requirements
  • At least three years of business ownership experience and/or three years of face-to-face direct sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary; we'll consider the right experience over a degree.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents, and CEOs.
  • Good communicator with excellent listening skills and the ability to uncover the real 'pain' a client might be experiencing.
  • Ability to begin work immediately.
