We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Disability Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers within multiple geographic territories and selling products, services, and solutions to grow our business.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Representative will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. You will analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of our products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of our products and services
  • Presentation and closing deals
  • Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $43,080 - $77,640, with a total target cash pay range of $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives. Additionally, we provide medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays.
