Business Development Representative

Join a fast-growing startup and play a crucial role in expanding our subscriber base.BizzyCar is looking for motivated Business Development Representatives to join our Revenue team. In this role, you will focus on driving top-of-funnel activities to grow our customer base and enhance the efficiency of our go-to-market teams. As a key player in identifying and developing new business opportunities, you'll research, qualify, and nurture relationships with potential clients.Success in this position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging prospective customers via phone, email, and text. You'll collaborate with Account Executives to close deals, contributing to the overall sales process. If you're results-driven, enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, and are motivated by the challenge of discovering new business, we want to hear from youRequirementsKey Responsibilities Prospect & Research: Identify and research target accounts to develop customized outreach strategies. Target Outreach: Proactively engage with potential customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels to build relationships. CRM & Automation: Leverage CRM tools and automations to enhance your outreach efforts and manage pipeline activity. Lead Conversion: Present BizzyCar's solutions to prospects, identify client needs, qualify leads, and set up meetings between clients and Account Executives. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, joining demos and client meetings to ensure seamless communication and handoff. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with BizzyCar's products, new features, and market trends. Share feedback and ideas for process improvements with management. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role. Excellent communication skills, including phone and written presentations. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and tools to manage customer relationships and outreach. Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred. Must reside within 30 miles of Clayton, MO. BenefitsWe value our employees' time and efforts.
