Sales Consultant: Drive Client Success

At Removery LLC, we're committed to normalizing tattoo removal and empowering individuals to feel comfortable in their skin. As a Lead Sales Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences through consultative sales.
Job OverviewThis is a quota-driven environment where you'll be responsible for conducting consultations, driving sales, and educating clients on laser tattoo removal processes. You'll demonstrate ethical sales practices, communicate realistic removal expectations, and showcase the value of our services.
You'll also partner with the Contact Center and in-studio Laser Specialist to ensure seamless and superior client experience. This includes maintaining detailed client records, managing follow-up processes, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Conduct consultations to drive sales and educate clients on laser tattoo removal processes
- Demonstrate ethical sales practices and communicate realistic removal expectations
- Showcase the value of our services and effectively articulate financing options to clients
- Partner with the Contact Center and in-studio Laser Specialist to deliver a holistic client experience
- Maintain detailed client records and manage follow-up processes to ensure client satisfaction
- Lead studio team in understanding KPIs, targets, and reporting for goal achievement
- Handle administrative tasks, manage bookings, and maintain studio cleanliness
- Engage in community networking, build referral relationships, and participate in brand-wide initiatives
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong communication, problem-solving skills, and professionalism. You should also be innovative, proactive in improving operations, and skilled in multitasking and basic computer skills.
In addition, you'll require reliable transportation, flexibility in working hours, and the ability to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively. A high comfort level in assessing and interacting with the human body is also essential.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $31-35 per hour, plus uncapped commission. Our benefits package includes eight company-paid holidays, 120 hours of accrued paid vacation time, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
