We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Imperva. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and account success.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to ensure successful deployment and configuration of Imperva products and services.
- Provide training and support to customers during the onboarding process, ensuring they achieve optimal results from our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Support, Engineering, and Sales, to advocate customer needs and drive product usage.
- Partner with customers to review services, manage escalations, and prepare and conduct account business reviews.
- Represent the voice of the customer across Imperva, managing customer surveys, sharing insights, and defining feature requests.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing customer success, Technical Account Manager, or Sales Engineer role within the web/network/information industry.
- Technical knowledge of HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, load balancers, web optimization, and ideally proxies and firewalls.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong customer relationships, and develop trusted advisor status.
- Capable of working within a globally dispersed, cross-cultural team in a fluctuating workload environment.
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple clients and internal stakeholders.
