Job Title: Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at Lucernex. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives and executive sponsors
  • Identify and mitigate account risks, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and billings, as well as generate and execute Statements of Work for add-on services engagements
  • Collaborate with sales teams, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to drive customer success and growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate account risks
  • Experience working with complex and highly configurable software products, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
