Customer Success Advocate

At PathSpot, we're revolutionizing the food industry with innovative solutions that prioritize public health and food safety. As a Customer Success Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Proactively manage customer experiences, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Analyze user data to create actionable insights, driving value for our customers.
- Lead bi-weekly status calls, reviewing progress and addressing outstanding items.
- Monitor account usage and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Advocate for customer feedback, ensuring it's heard and acted upon across the team.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in an external-facing role, with a strong track record of navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to navigate customer complexities.
- A solid understanding of data analysis and a passion for using data to inform better decision making.
- Experience working in the restaurant/food service industry, or with similar clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within the department and cross-functionally.
