About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at Lucernex. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute customized plans to meet client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact client success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology company.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems.
