As a Hospice Administrator with Interim HealthCare, you will play a vital role in leading our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and service to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the full range of patient services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison with the owner/governing body, providing regular reports and updates as designated.
- Develop and implement the budgeting process and accounting system, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Manage information systems that support the operation of hospice, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
- Ensure patient/family access to management staff during all hours of operation, providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on laws and regulations that apply to hospice responsibilities, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Respond to internal and external reviews, addressing findings and implementing necessary changes.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or business administration preferred.
- Experience in business administration and healthcare management, with a focus on hospice care.
- Three years of experience in healthcare management within the last five years, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience working with financial statements and being responsible for the profitability of a business unit, preferred.
