Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at the Golden Rain Foundation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, HR support, workplace injury management, workers' compensation coordination, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Coordinate the hiring process, including interviews and onboarding
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
  • HR Support and Administration
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team
    • Manage HR systems and databases
    • Coordinate employee benefits and compensation
  • Workplace Injury Management and Workers' Compensation
    • Develop and implement workplace injury management procedures
    • Coordinate workers' compensation claims and benefits
    • Provide support to employees with workplace injuries
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop and maintain HR reports and analytics
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Personal Qualities
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
